Muhammad HUSSAIN (service boy) & receptionist Mr. Rayan, these both are very awesome people and always welcome you with smily face. They are very humbled and very hopeful. It is just 3 minutes away by walk from masjid-e-nabwi, I give the 10/10 rating for this trip. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous requests were all but acceded.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say the service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel warmly welcomed and were incredibly attentive to my needs. They were not only professional but also very understanding and accommodating when I had special requests. A big shout-out to Noman from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and comfortable. His attention to detail was impressive, and his friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping, demonstrated exceptional teamwork and a genuine commitment to making my experience memorable. I truly appreciated their willingness to be flexible and helpful, addressing all my needs with a smile and a positive attitude. It’s rare to encounter such a well-coordinated, caring team, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their efforts. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so pleasant! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

The property is conveniently located near Masjid Nabawi from the men’s entrance side; however, ladies need to walk a bit more to enter from their designated side. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Mohammad Al Herby, for his kindness and guest care. Rooms were bright, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Room service was quick and well-trained, providing toiletries and other supplies promptly and generously. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, with good service and ongoing renovations promising further improvements.

A Wonderful Stay at Jiwar Al Madinah Hotel I had an amazing experience staying at Jowhar Al Madinah Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well managed. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location – just a 2-minute walk from the heart of the holy city of Madinah, making it extremely convenient for visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Brother Rehan, who works in the cleaning department. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He regularly checked in on us, ensured we had fresh water, and kept everything spotless. His dedication and kindness truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. It felt like a home away from home – peaceful, welcoming, and full of care.

Jiwar Al Madina may not be 5 star hotel, but the service provided was OUTSTANDING and deserve 5 STAR rating. Their staff were friendly and very helpful. One of the housekeeping supervisor, Mr Mohammed Rayhan was very kind and helpful during my 15 nights stay at the hotel. We were initially given a room with no view but Mr Rayhan help us to move into a better room with a nicer view ... thank you. Thanks to all Jiwar Al Madina hotel staff that has made our stay enjoyable and we will definitely return for our next visit, Insya Allah.
